Two-factor authentication is a security feature that helps protect the information in your account. It utilizes two different forms of authentication to verify your identity and enable access to your account from a new or unrecognized device.

Each time you use a new device, or one we don't recognize, you will be prompted to complete the two-factor authentication steps below:
  1. Enter a phone number that’s already verified in your account.
  2. Select whether you’d like to receive your access code by text message or automated phone call on your verified device.
  3. Once you have your code, input it into the site or app from your new device to access your account.
Please allow up to a minute for the verification code to come through. Verification codes are valid for 30 minutes. If you haven't authenticated within that time period, you will need to request a new code. For your protection, your account will be locked if a code is entered incorrectly five times.
