Two-factor authentication is usually set up during your account creation. If you have not yet set up a phone number for two-factor authentication, you will be required to log in to your account from a web browser and/or computer to set it up. Once two-factor authentication is set up, you will need to verify all your devices, including the mobile app.

If you logged in to your account from a browser on your phone, you will still be required to provide a verification code when logging in from the mobile application. To add a verified phone number for two-factor authentication:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click My account.
  3. Select Account settings from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Security or scroll down to Account protection.
  5. Click Edit next to Two-factor authentication.
  6. Select the country code associated with your phone number from the drop-down menu.
  7. Enter your phone number in the Additional phone field.
  8. Select whether you would like to receive your verification code via Automated phone call or Text message (SMS).
  9. Click Send Code.
  10. Once you receive the code to your device, enter it into the verification code field in your account.
  11. Click Verify.
