1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Click Edit property.
  5. Click the Contact tab.
  6. Scroll down to the SMS alerts section.
  7. Select your country code from the drop down box. 
  8. Enter your full mobile number, excluding the country code.
  9. Select which text preference want:
    • Send me all traveler messages with the ability to reply via text
    • Only notify me for initial inquiries & booking requests
    • Don't send me any text messages
  10. Click Save Changes
  11. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
  12. Click Save Changes.
Owners who respond within the first three hours of receiving an inquiry or booking request are two and a half times more likely to get the booking than owners who wait 24 hours or more. Receiving your inquiries and booking requests via text message (SMS) is one way to be notified of a rental inquiry and respond quickly.
