How do I file a property complaint?
In order to properly document your experience and complaint with us, please provide us with the following information by going to the Contact Us link. We need this information to adequately document your experience and pass it along to the vacation rental owner or manager.
Once we receive this information from you it is forwarded to the owner or manager with the request that they contact you as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
- The vacation rental owner's or property manager's name, phone number, and email address
- The vacation rental website and listing ID #
- A brief description of the situation and desired outcome (your complaint)
We take all complaints seriously and while we do not mediate disputes, we do keep record of travelers experiences and encourage owners and managers to address complaints in a timely manner.
