If you have previously added an attachment to your Reservation and Cancellation page, you will need to either upload the same attachment to My Attachments or attach it to a guest response (which will then add it to your My Attachments). Be advised that there is a limit of 100 attachments total.

To add an attachment to My Attachments:
  1. Click on the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Rules & policies.
  3. Click My Attachments.
  4. Click Upload a file.
  5. Click Choose files
  6. Select the file you want to upload and click Open.
  7. Once the file has been uploaded, click Done.
  8. Your file will now be located in My Attachments and listed alphabetically.
To remove an attachment from My Attachments
  1. Click on the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Rules & policies.
  3. Click My Attachments.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow under Actions, then click Delete.
  5. Click Delete in the popup window.
  6. You will receive a confirmation message when the attachment has been successfully removed.
